3. Your personal data will be processed for the purposes of:
a.performing the contract, or taking actions necessary to conclude the contract, e.g. contact by phone or e-mail in order to send an offer, determine the date of service performance, cancel or change the date of service performance (Article 6 (1) (b) of the GDPR);
b. marketing of products and services offered by ADO, i.e. sending commercial information by electronic means in the form of a newsletter for marketing purposes - in connection with art. 10 sec. 2 of the Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services, after expressing a separate consent (Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR);
c. implementation of the legitimate interests of PDC, such as handling civil and enforcement, administrative and criminal proceedings, handling internal processes related to running a business (Article 6 (1) (f) of the GDPR);
d. fulfillment of obligations resulting from legal provisions (Article 6 (1) (c) of the GDPR). 1. Your personal data will be processed: a. in the cases specified in point 3 lit. a, c and d - until the claims are time-barred; b. in the cases specified in point 3 letter b - until the consent is revoked / unsubscribed from the newsletter.
1. The Personal Data Administrator does not provide data to or transfer it to a third country / international organization.
2. The recipients of your personal data will be ADO subcontractors.
3. Your data is not subject to profiling.
4.You have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer data, the right to object, the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing that was carried out on on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
5. If it is found that the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory body of the Personal Data Protection Office.
6. Providing personal data is voluntary, but necessary for the conclusion and performance of the contract.
Cookies
1. The website does not automatically collect any information, except for information contained in cookies.
